Phone app (Android / iPhone / iPad)
Work these steps on the in-app checklist — account menu → My testing checklist — where every Pass / Fail / Skip is recorded the moment you press it, and Fail files the report for you. This page (and its PDF) is the same list for reading, printing, or working offline; if you used paper, transfer your ticks into the app afterwards.

Each step: Do this, then check You should see.

MB-01 Install from TestFlight / the APK and open it. You should see: login page; after sign-in Home with your avatar and the full sidebar (Home, Projects, Organization…) on the FIRST launch — no restart needed.

MB-02 Put the phone in airplane mode and open the app. You should see: the last known identity and cached projects are shown with an offline pill; nothing says 'Sign in'.

MB-03 Open a project that is not allowed on mobile. You should see: it is not listed; the empty state explains 'Allow on mobile'.

MB-04 Download a project for offline, go offline, label 3 tasks, come back online. You should see: the queue drains; the Data Manager shows the annotations; no duplicates.

MB-05 Rotate the phone; use an iPad in split view. You should see: layouts adapt; the login page uses the two-pane layout on iPad.

MB-06 Record audio and video in the speech/sign projects. You should see: permissions asked once; recordings upload; playback works.

MB-07 Scan a project QR code with the camera app. You should see: the app opens the project (after sign-in if needed).

MB-08 Receive a notification (ask tester4 to reject something). You should see: the bell badge updates; tapping opens the right page.

MB-09 Let the backend be slow (coordinator triggers a deploy) and keep using the app. You should see: a toast about the server being slow, not a blocking 'Runtime error' modal; the app recovers by itself.

MB-10 Kill and reopen the app 5 times across a day. You should see: always signed in, correct org, correct avatar.
