Health

Organization → Health (/organization/health). Owners, admins and platform staff. Everything on it is read-only; Refresh reads it again.

The service​

The same figures as the public Status page, for the address you are signed in on: uptime over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days measured from outside the platform, the last database backup and what is kept, and the last verified restore. A grey mark means no figure yet; red means below 99.5% uptime, a backup older than 36 hours, or a restore that did not match.

Usage​

One meter per limit: members, projects, tasks, and storage (an allowance each project gets; the line says how many projects are near it). A red mark means the limit is reached. The limits themselves are set under Quotas.

Activity​

Annotations made in the last 24 hours and 7 days, members active in the last 7 days out of all members, projects, tasks, and when the last annotation was made.

Connections and exports​

  • Every cloud storage connection of every project (source and target), with its last sync and its state; a failed sync shows red with the error the provider gave.
  • Exports in progress and exports that failed in the last 7 days.
  • Rows added by installed extensions (for example a connected server that answers or does not).
