Project dashboard
Opening a project lands on its dashboard. It is role-aware: people running the project see the operational view, annotators see their own work.
Actions
Managers see Publish/Resume, Review (when they can review) and Label. Reviewers see Review and, if they may annotate, Label. Annotators see one primary Continue labeling button — labeling is the job, so it is the filled action.
Needs attention
A Needs attention card shows counts that link to the work. Managers and reviewers see to review (tasks with annotations awaiting a verdict, including re-review requests), disputes (open rejection disputes), flagged (open review-queue items from audio QC, low agreement, consensus outliers, evaluation failures and manual flags), and managers additionally paused annotators, active this week and annotations this week. Annotators see tasks left for you, rejected to revise, yours this week and your acceptance rate. A zero stays visible but muted; when nothing needs work the row says All clear.
Progress and summary
Managers and reviewers get the summary strip (tasks, annotated, completion, annotations, skipped, predictions) and the progress bar; annotators see the progress bar only — their numbers live in the attention row.
Panels
- Getting-started checklist (managers, until setup is complete).
- Settings search (managers) — type what you want to change and jump to the right settings tab.
- Facilitator panel — attributed invite link and cohort roll-up for facilitators and managers.
- Your rejected work — an annotator's rejected items with the request-re-review action (see Rejected work).
- Danger Zone — deliberately last and visually separated.
What's next
- Review — what "to review" and "flagged" feed from.
- Project members — where paused annotators are managed.
