In-app feedback

Users can send product feedback from anywhere in the app; entries are saved on the platform for staff to review in batches. The box is a suggestion queue, not a ticket system, so users can be candid without expecting a reply; the team learns of new entries through the community inbox (below), not through individual emails.

Sending feedback (any signed-in user)

Open the user menu (avatar, top right) → Send feedback. Pick a category — Idea / improvement, Something's broken, or Other — write the message, and send. The page the user was on is recorded automatically for context.

Reviewing feedback (platform staff)

Platform → Feedback (/platform/feedback) lists entries newest first with the submitter, their organization, the page they were on, and the date. Filter by status (New / Reviewed / All) and work the queue: read, act on what's worth acting on, then Mark reviewed. Reviewed entries stay on record (with reviewer and date) — the queue is meant to shape the roadmap, not to be emptied for its own sake.

Each submission is also audit-logged (feedback.submit).

Who hears about new feedback

When a community inbox is set under Platform → Settings → Policies, every new entry is emailed there once (a Google Group forwards it to the whole team); staff bells stay quiet so the queue can still be worked in batches. Without an inbox nothing is emailed, as before.

Quota-increase requests are not feedback: they have their own queue and review modal under Platform → Organizations. See Org quotas.
